This is often the hardest stage, and whatever data comes back, I help you process it and turn into useful material instead of fodder for self-judgment.

Now, everything you sat with in the observation stage gets translated into a real, considered change. It's not a reflex reaction to disappointing results, and it's not forcing yourself to push harder on the same tactic. Who's behind the curtain?
Hi, I'm Sheralyn, an entrepreneur who has been through the business-building cycle many times.
I founded my first business in 2006, and have held the hands of others as they built their businesses for the past twenty years. I spent many years studying and building the people systems, operational structure, and leadership foundations behind a complex multi-unit, multi-brand portfolio in the wellness and beauty industries. I've guided my own and others' ventures through the whole business life cycle - from launch to close, merger, and sale.
My guiding principles are what have led me to work not only with larger companies that need HR interventions, but founders and small businesses in the early stages. I believe that everyone deserves to work in ways that are nourishing, generative, and life-giving - and I want to help founders build that in at the beginning of a venture, rather than only when damage has already been done.
I tend to work with the outliers - individuals and orgs that are pursuing lofty goals in unique ways. These are folks who know that the WAY we do business is just as important as what business we're doing. I help design generative systems that allow founders and business leaders to bring incredible work into the world without exhausting anyone in the process.

Every engagement is customized, but most clients work with me for 4-8 months. We work through the four stage cycle together until your business offering feels perfectly designed for you (the you that you are at this time) and you feel ready to start implementing on your own.
