I built Conchal from lived experience - not theory.


I've spent nearly two decades leading multi-site teams across multiple industries; designed self-sustaining systems and developing dozens of leaders. 

I've seen what really drives long-term success. And I've lived the opposite: exhaustion, constant fire-fighting, and the fear that if you stop to rest everything will fall apart. 

Through that experience, two principles became unmistakably clear:
