Hi, I'm Sheralyn.

I founded Conchal because I believe today's leaders are ready to evolve into a new paradigm - one rooted in authenticity, clarity, and humanity. 

The name "Conchal" is inspired by one of my favorite places in the world, Playa Conchal. This Costa Rican beach has sand made of tiny shells, and it's a place that reminds me that as individuals we're part of something larger. I return here when I want to remember that our work in this world can feel grounded, expansive, and free. That's what I want for myself, and what I'm here to help others find, too.

Leadership doesn't have to feel heavy. For nearly two decades, I've helped leaders and teams reconnect with the confidence and vision that make their work meaningful again. 

I know what it's like to care deeply about your people, your culture, and your results - and feel stretched thin in the process. My work exists to give leaders space to breathe again, think clearly, and build organizations that grow without burning them out.

What I've learned about leadership:


The Conchal Group exists because I believe that leadership isn't just about what you do. It's about who you are, how you show up, and the systems that support you.

Best practices are great, but only when they're aligned with your ethos. Without this alignment, even the most proven frameworks start to feel rigid and heavy. With alignment, they become powerful tools for confidence and sustainable growth.

My approach to leadership work:


My approach draws from emotional intelligence, modern leadership theory, and years of lived experience working closely with leaders who care deeply about their people. I've learned that what really gets results is clarity and compassion, and the belief that good work feels good to do.

All the programs and containers at Conchal are built around the concepts of "inner resourcing" and "healthy functioning." I provide tools that build leaders who can regulate pressure, make clear decisions, and respond intentionally instead of reactively. Leaders with these skills build empowered and self-sufficient teams and systems that perform well without constant oversight.

I reject the outdated belief that high quality performance requires sacrificing identity or empathy. In my experience, leaders who honor their values create cultures where people thrive.

I don't teach leaders to perform. I create space to reveal what's been holding them back, build leadership practices that feel natural and authentic, and create systems that support the work they actually want to be doing.

The kind of leadership we build is that which grows from within. And I'm here to walk that path with you.

Values

Leadership should feel authentic, not performative. These six values are the foundation of everything I do - in coaching, consulting, and organizational transformation.



I believe people thrive when they have the clarity and support to lead in a way that's true to them. Leadership isn't about control, it's about intentionality. 

I help leaders make empowered choices, build sustainable systems, and step out of the over-functioning cycles that keep them stuck.

Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and honored. I create spaces where growth, accountability, and honest feedback can happen without sacrificing dignity or empathy.

Kindness is not a soft skill. It's a strategic one.

I teach leaders that courage and care can coexist, and that integrity doesn't require harm. I stand for standards, compassion, and the humanity that makes leadership feel whole.

The old ways aren't working, and I'm not here to reinforce them.

I support leaders in releasing the internalized systems that exhaust them, constrain them, and keep them small. Leadership can be expansive. It can be healing. It can feel like you.
